Full payment of the total project fee is due upon contract signing and must be received before any creative work begins. Most projects require a minimum two-week turnaround, beginning once the signed contract, full payment and all necessary client materials have been received. Rush requests may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and will include an additional fee.
